Only in Las Vegas can a rescue dog be transformed into a show-stopper.
Benny really is king of the Las Vegas Golden Knights — at least between periods.
The ice-skating dog dazzled on skates Sunday night as the Golden Knights took on the Calgary Flames.
Yes, the yellow lab turned trick dog wears actual skates.

Benny was just a few months old when he found at a shelter by Cheryl Del Sangro.
She discovered his love of ice — and went to work training him to skate like a pro.
And the game?
The Golden Knights demolished the Calgary Flames 6-0 — a feat not lost on Benny.
“All I know is I go on the ice and the Knights get a shut out,” the team’s trick dog posted on Instagram.
