Best friends! Elephant and dog swim and play together at safari park

More than 60 big cats make the Myrtle Beach Safari their home.

But the best friendship in the park may be the one between Bubbles the African elephant and Bella the black lab.

Bubbles was adopted at the safari park in South Carolina after her parents were killed by poachers. She was just 340 pounds when she was first bought to the park back in 1983. She’s now over 9 feet tall and weighs around four tons.

The two pals love to throw and catch the ball and while Bubbles can’t leap as high as Bella, the two of them sure look like they’re having fund.

Especially when both critters are in the water and in Bubbles, Bella has her own slide (how cool would it be to slide off an elephant’s trunk?!)
