Black bear and cubs successfully relocated in Colorado

When a mother bear and her two cubs were becoming too habituated in Colorado Springs, wildlife officials stepped in to save them. Bears are omnivores and will eat pretty much anything, including garbage, which if left unsecured, can be bad news for bears and people. And, these bears had found a food source and were getting too comfortable around people.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife managed to capture the family and posted this video of the relocation to a rural area outside Trinidad this week. Hopefully, this is the last we see of these bears.
