He’s got a Whole Lotta Love to give — to a family with room for one massive cat.
BeeJay is a 26-pound cat that is up for adoption at the Morris Animal Refuge in Philadelphia.
The shelter’s social media plea about 2-year-old BeeJay’s search for a forever home has truly hit the big time.
“OMG, big boi Mr. B is a CHONK,” the shelter tweeted Thursday. “He’s a chonk of a chonk. He redefines the term.”
The posts about the “jumbo-sized package of fluff & love” were so popular, they even crashed the shelter’s website.
“Please RT to help this sad-eyed guy find happiness!” the shelter asked, which prompted more than 8,000 retweets in only half a day and another 27,000 likes.
OMG, big boi Mr. B is a CHONK. He’s a chonk of a chonk. He redefines the term. Can you guess how much he weighs? More importantly, can you give him a home? Applications appear to have flooded in for the giant kitty.
Hundreds of people have applied to adopt him.
By late Thursday night, the shelter added note about the “enormous amount of interest.”
There is an enormous amount of interest in him, but … our doors open at 11am Friday…
