“Kevin Bacon,” a pig on the lam in Nova Scotia, captured by police

Police in Nova Scotia picked up “Kevin Bacon,” who was wandering the streets this week.

Not the Kevin Bacon, but rather a potbellied pig named Kevin Bacon. And, a very friendly pig at that.

“So this happened yesterday,” police posted on Facebook Wednesday. “We were called to the Russell Street area of Dartmouth to help return ‘Kevin Bacon,’ a potbellied pig who had strayed from his home.”

Constables Nick Webber and Cody Schultz (who is pictured with Kevin Bacon) found the owner of the footloose pig and promptly returned him.
