Actor. Bombshell. Animal rights activist. Vegan. Now, Pamela Anderson can add vegetarian cookbook author to her memorable resume.
“I’m thrilled to share with you all a labor of love,” Anderson posted on social media recently.
“What started out as a housewarming gift for my boys—a box of recipe cards, simply titled ‘I LOVE YOU’… grew into a project that encapsulates all our favorite things,” she wrote.

Anderson worked on the book from her home on Vancouver Island with her sons Brandon and Dylan in mind.
It contains 80 recipes that feature her passions for cooking, sustainable design and gardening.
It’s also proof that vegetable cooking can be “both indulgent and comforting, offering a luxurious fantasy experience.”
“A lifestyle cookbook; nothing fancy, just updated, plant-based family recipes; and entertaining with a humble kind of joy,” Anderson explained. “It celebrates the magic of scenic settings where nature always has a proud seat at the table.”

This isn’t her first foray into writing.
Anderson’s memoir, Love, Pamela was a New York Times bestseller.
And she also has a cooking show — Pamela’s Cooking With Love — premiering on Food Network Canada in this year. That comes after successful Pamela’s Garden of Eden HGTV show.
