This was a pretty horrific story: two dogs, two owners, and a deadly encounter at Vancouver’s Kits Beach. The pug was off-leash and came up to the leashed pitbull. Not sure of the details afterwards but there was a confrontation between the two dogs and the owner of the pug pulled out a knife and stabbed the pitbull, killing the dog. No charges yet. The pug survived. SPCA investigating.
