An impressive traveler was caught in flight by road surveillance cameras on Highway 40.

Quebec’s Transport MinisterRobert Poëti’s tweet Thursday has been seen around the world after he sent out photographs of a majestic snowy owl caught on traffic cams on Highway 40 in the West Island of Montreal.
