Two-headed calf dolphins washes ashore in Turkey

Scientists in Turkey are studying the remains and DNA of a strange corpse that was found on a beach in the country’s western region.

Marine biologists at Akdeniz University have retrieved the dead critter and is studying the phenomenon.

The conjoined corpse is believed to be a one-year old dolphin measure around three-and-a-feet long. The two heads were joined by a single tail.

It’s not sure how the genetic malfunction occurred. One of the eyes on the dolphins was improperly placed and the blowhole on the other dolphin was closed.
