Who says they have to fight like cats and dogs.
Nobody at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home where an abandoned kitten named Ava has now cuddled up to a pretty chill pooch named Barney.
The animal welfare group in the United Kingdom posted a wonderful video of the unlikely companions.
Watch them lap up the love.

Even better news: both animals have been adopted.
In fact, Barney found a place with a team member three years ago, but still loves dropping by to help kittens in need, according to the group.
And, Ava already has a fur-ever home lined up.
