This exists: DOGTV. Scientifically developed over four years for the couch potato pooch, the programs include stimulation (such as fetch ball, tag and surfing) and relaxation (which lets sleeping dogs lie). The backers describe it as the first television channel for dogs. We’re not so sure. Didn’t we see an early version of this concept in After all, we knew back in 1988 that “cats and dogs are beginning to watch television,” according to Scrooged.
