A truck driver that was in a collision with a cattle truck on Highway 401 in Missassauga, Ontario has been charged.
The Ontario Provincial Police said the highway was shut down for several hours Saturday following the collision and crews had to round up the other surviving cattle.
The driver of the truck, George Scott, 36, from Mount Forest is now facing careless driving charges, according to OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt.
Schmidt originally tweeted out that no cows sustained serious injuries.
Schmidt tweeted a photos of the scene at 2:35 a.m. Saturday morning.
