Carson Shelter in southern California is full of dogs waiting to be adopted and the urgency is really high right now.
The high-kill shelter is overflowing with dogs. But fortunately, a Facebook site dedicated to helping these dogs posted this heart-breaking story about a tiny Chihuahua who has been abandoned.
According to the comments, the dog has now been adopted.
