Pro tip: Don’t try to outrun a bear — even a tiny bear cub — by climbing a tree.
The Alberta Conservation Association has captured a pretty incredible video of three fleet-footed black bear cubs, which clamour up a tree within seconds of their mother urging them to make the leap.
The incredible video was just posted a couple of days ago.
The mother bear is only on the motion sensor camera for a few seconds before revealing three cubs following close behind.
Then you hear a click and witness an amazing display of agility. According to the conservation association, the “three cubs are commanded by mom to retreat into the trees.”
Our cameras caught 3 bear cubs exiting their den. Mama bear makes a grunt, then the cubs climb straight up the trees! https://t.co/j4jw58VVwN
