Critters predict the Super Bowl (and seriously, it’s too close to call)

The annual parade of critters making their Super Bowl predictions might not be very scientific, but my God, they are cute.┬áHere’s a selection to help guide your bets. (Not that we’re encouraging gambling, of course.)

Red-legged seriema selects:

Tiger pulls the trigger on:

Homeless dog hones in on:

Parrot and guinea pig pick:

(Split decision)

Mantees manage:

(Split decision.)

Lion leans toward:

(Mauling the Pats.)

Elephant elects:

(Winner Pats.)

Octopus picks:

(Winner Seahawks.)

Tortoise touts:

(Winner Pats.)

Sea turtle selects:

(Winner Pats.)

Waffles the Cat chooses:

Otter opts for:

By their count, a dead heat.

Of course, we’re partial to the Seahawks. That’s only because for Super Bowl 49, Seattle is the only team with an animal in the game.
