More evidence that anything qualifies as YouTube quality – and that people will watch just about anything. On Sunday, Matt Rundquist posted a 22-second video purporting to depict a Dachshund attempting to bark its way out of a coat sleeve. (We never actually see the dog.) Meanwhile another dog stands by as someone lets the the camera roll. The video quickly amassed nearly 250,000 views and a variety of opinions.
Many viewers noted the similarity to Dune, a very weird science fiction novel and 1984 David Lynch movie. “The worm is the spice, the spice is the dog,” wrote a viewer. Others were outraged and some even suggest animal abuse. “OMG stop filming like some moron and get the dog out of there,” wrote another.
