Flying pig commercial wins Doritos Super Bowl prize

Little kid wants Ralph’s Doritos.

But Ralph rebukes the little boy.

Sure, you can have the Doritos, he laughs. “When pigs fly.”

So the little boy, played by actor Keegan Turbitt, 11, makes a pig fly and gets the Doritos.

This simple premise was behind the winner of the Doritors Crash the Super Bowl party created by two Maple Ridge, British Columbia filmmakers. The brothers won $50,000.

The rocket gets strapped on to the pig’s back and off it goes.

Brothers Nelson and Graham Talbot of Maple Ridge two filmmakers who live in their parents’ basement still told CBC Vancouver last month that if they win the prize, they’re moving out and getting their own place.

Turbitt said in an interview with the Vancouver Sun that the all-day shoot was fun.

“But the pig was kind of sick at the time, so it was kind of hard to get him to eat the Doritos.
