This pig should be spared the butcher’s block for this daring attempt alone.
We’re going to give her a name right now and it’s Pauline.
Pauline was travelling on the back of a truck with some other critters when she saw the opportunity to make a run for it.
The Perils of Pauline began when she jumped out of the moving truck.
Fortunately, it was all captured on someone’s camera. Pauline made a perfect landing on her feet and was unhurt.
Pictures of the pig’s brave escape plan have been going viral on Weibo, the Chinese social media site.
But there’s no happy ending to this story. The truck driver retrieved Pauline and continued on its way.
We like to think Pauline is on her way to the Happy Pig Farm where she will frolic in meadows under a rainbow.
