At first reading of the headlines, you wonder, how could a dog get stuck in a tire?
But after watching this video, you’ll understand.
The little puppy must have been curious and began sniffing around the wheel well and soon poked its whole head inside.
Only problem was, the puppy’s head couldn’t get back out.
I think it’s a fairly safe assumption that the wheel was not on a car at the time.
The Houston Fire Department came to the rescue, thankfully. 
The frantic owner rushed into station 51 with the wheel and the puppy embedded in it and it took firefighters an hour to figure out how to free the critter.
This could be the world’s cutest puppy–with a big accessory around its neck!
