Here’s more evidence of the link between animal abuse and violent behavior toward humans. When police in Gainsville, NY arrested Robert Decarr (photo) in connection with child sexual abuse, they also came upon a cage with four puppies – three alive and one dead. The surviving animals were skinny, infested with fleas and beset by other infections.
