Monsoon flooding has battered parts of India with Mumbai particularly hard hit.
At least 30 people have been killed and some are still missing, as country’s financial capital endures some of the worst monsoon flooding in more than a decade as heavy rains slam the region.
Amid the deluge, Mumbai Police stopped to save a dog from drowning. And, the heartwarming rescue is caught on video.
The pooch, struggling against rising flood water, is scooped up by police and taken to safety.

“Man’s best friend, found its best friend in PC Prakash Pawar too,” police tweeted. “#FriendsIndeed”
